2 No, continue taking your prescribed medication unless advised otherwise by a healthcare professional. Medications like blood thinners (e.g., aspirin, warfarin) may influence test results, so consult with us for guidance.

3 This is your decision. Some supplements can affect test outcomes. For example, iron supplements may lead to elevated results and should ideally be stopped 48 hours before testing.

4 Yes, if applicable to your chosen panel. Blood draws are performed intravenously by NL Clinic’s professional phlebotomists.

7 Appointments are managed by an NL Clinic Wellbeing phlebotomist, who will guide you through the process and take the necessary measurements and samples. Our support team are available to assist with any further questions.

8 No, NL Clinic Wellbeing does not perform health checks on individuals under 18.

    Fast for 8 hours (water is allowed; stay hydrated). Avoid gum and smoking for 30 minutes prior. Refrain from strenuous exercise for 48 hours before the test.
A medical and lifestyle questionnaire will be provided after booking.

18 Body measurements, a blood draw, and a urine sample are collected. You’ll also undergo a body composition assessment, which includes removing your shoes.

19 No, testing is not restricted to specific cycle phases. Hormonal level references for different cycle stages are included in the report.

    HIV: Test 6 weeks after exposure (or as early as 10 days with early-detection tests). Hepatitis B/C: Test 3 months post-exposure. Syphilis: Test 3-6 weeks after exposure; a follow-up test at 3 months is recommended.
Testing too early may result in false negatives.

21 The recipient must have their own registered account. You can either pay on their behalf or provide a voucher for use during checkout.
